I hate to be rude, and I know you're having problems now, but...
Do you have a estimated date of release yet, maybe?
If not, how about a date of when you think you'll be able to start work on the game? Thanks.

Honestly, not sure right now. My wife is really, really sick and there's a lot to do for her until I can focus properly on the game again. In the meantime, I'm carrying on developing environment concepts to make the game a lot bigger in terms of physical size. It's a nice, productive thing to do.

What I might do is post those once I have enough volume, and hopefully start the 'riffing' in that form rather than the release. It all depends how horrible the next few weeks are.

Thanks for that. There's a bit more unpleasantness yet to come, but hopefully I can get back into the swing of things after it has passed. At this point, I'm seriously considering making a large cardboard '2014' and kicking the crap out of it when New Year's comes around.
